The proposed development at 6-10 Station Street aims to preserve and enhance Bangalow’s heritage, green character, and village charm. Taking inspiration from the local vernacular, the project introduces fine-grain commercial tenancies, much-needed small office spaces, and a 26 room boutique hotel. A new village square is located directly opposite the heritage listed A&I Hall and enhances pedestrian connectivity to other significant sites including the future rail trail. The new precinct respects its heritage conservation area setting and contributes to Bangalow’s creative and social fabric.
