A series of interventions dotted across three stories of an existing 1930’s Spanish Mission style house and garden. Significant works include an au pair residence at lower-ground, renovation of an existing hacienda with a new pool pavilion at ground level, and a new bedroom, ensuite and dressing room fitted with custom furniture upstairs.
